1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased on final sale

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may ask for photos to confirm the issue. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@raccoonliberty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Shipping Costs: For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as production has not begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
